Turning Travel Shoppers into Buyers

This past weekend, Craig Elston of Integer took part in a panel discussion and conducted a series of Learning Labs at The Ensemble Travel Group’s International Conference.

Craig’s hour long sessions titled “Turning Shoppers into Buyers”, used some of The Integer Group’s research on how shoppers approach more complex purchase decisionsand provided attendees with stories and ideas on how agents can convert people shopping for major vacation travel and book through their agency.
