Shopping behaviour in electronics

Our Dallas office does a lot of work in the consumer electronics category and late last year undertook a study looking at what influences behaviour in this category. This generated a fair amount of interest in the media including an interview on Fox with Kim Menier, who heads up the strategy group in Dallas.
