The session will explore and showcase the seamless coupling of digital and physical brand experiences, purposefully designed to accelerate transaction and build sustained brand connections. We call this phenomenon “Binary Retail Experience Design.”
In this session, attendees will learn about the barriers facing brands in their strive to fuse physical experiences with digital experiences, will learn about modern store intelligence methods and how to apply them, and will be inspired to achieve real customer lifetime value by unifying online and offline customer experiences at retail.
