A number of posts on our blog and recent articles in the press discuss trying to make sense of the changing nature of shopping in the current economic climate. To help with the conversation, we have set up a continuous study in the U.S.A. that seeks to shed some light and to track over time some of the questions on our minds. We hope to expand this into other markets for comparative purposes in the near future.
