The Drum: What one piece of advice would you offer someone entering advertising today?

Katie Dondale: Network your ass off and never be afraid to show your inner weirdo. Be confident in your work, but humble enough to accept critiques from people who know more than you do.

With interactive marketing, making an effective expedition is key. The use of digital technologies and social platforms for the NOVA Awards Interactive Marketing category’s campaigns successfully drove action.  The Integer Group took home the top prize with Best of Category – BFGoodrich Not Your Average Social Campaign. Integer’s Award win was featured in the Des Moines Register.
